Unleashing Unique Opportunities: Hickory Hill Academy's Kickboxing Twist for Students

Over the last 7 weeks, HHA students have had a blast with Canvas Club Boxing! And it hasn't just been the students who have had a blast too!

The non-contact workout was a fantastic way for our students to learn new skills and get active while having a great time. Using boxing gloves, mitt work, agility ladders, jump ropes, and balls, our students learned traditional boxing skills and techniques. The Canvas Club coaches were there to help them focus on physical and mental principles such as coordination, balance, core strength, empowerment, self-esteem, and confidence building.


We believe in introducing students to new activities and experiences that they may not have tried otherwise, and this boxing exercise was no exception. Our students have left their sessions feeling energized, inspired, and ready for more unique experiences in the classroom.


We are thrilled to announce that our new K-8th grade building will be opening up in just a few short months! At Hickory Hill Academy, we are committed to providing a unique, one-of-a-kind educational experience for all of our students. With our new building, we'll be able to do just that. Our top-notch, caring teachers will have the tools and resources they need to create an environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.
