ANIMAL CARE
Meaningful, hands-on experiences that nurture empathy, responsibility, and teamwork while building confidence and early science skills as children care for and connect with living creatures.
Chef Chris
CULINARY
Interactive cooking experiences where children explore different foods, learn how to prepare them, and connect with stories and literature about food—all while practicing healthy habits, measurement, and teamwork in a playful, hands-on way.

A cozy space filled with stories, imagination, and discovery! Children enjoy storytime, explore a writing station, and learn about authors while developing early literacy skills and a lifelong love of reading and learning—surrounded by so many wonderful books and activities.

Joined by her little mouse friend, Timothy, Miss Emilie brings the joy of learning to life through song, rhythm, and movement. Together, they spark curiosity, build confidence, and fill each classroom with music, laughter, and heart.

DOLLY & FRIENDS
Our very own bunnies, sheep, and sweet mini Highlander, Dolly, are a beloved part of daily life at HHA—through every season (and yes, Dolly even loves the snow!). Teachers thoughtfully weave animal care into lessons, helping children develop empathy, responsibility, and a sense of wonder as they connect with our furry and woolly friends through play, learning, and the rhythm of nature all year long.
