MISS COLEMAN

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Miss Coleman earned her bachelor degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education from the University of Delaware in the Spring of 2021. This is her first year at Hickory Hill Academy and she has loved being able to work with 3rd grade students. 

​

Miss Coleman was born in Annapolis, Maryland and lived there with her five siblings until college. Throughout high school and college, she worked with children through nannying and volunteer programs such as Boys and Girls Club and Girls on the Run which developed her passion of becoming a teacher. She also had the opportunity to volunteer at an international elementary school in Barcelona, Spain.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves going to the beach and being creative by scrapbooking and baking!
