MISS CATHERINE

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Miss Catherine is from Clintonville, WI. She has 3 brothers who all live in Lacrosse, WI. Along with her parents, they all love to play many different sports when they are together! Some of her personal favorites include volleyball, basketball, swimming and pickleball! In her free time, she loves to take long bike rides around Lake Monona or along Madison’s bike paths. She also loves to watch movies, explore Madison restaurants, and go shopping!

Miss Catherine is a proud University of Wisconsin alumni, with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She had a student teaching internship at UW’s Child Development Lab, amongst other volunteer opportunities in student organizations to gain professional experience working with children. Post Grad, she was the Lead 4K teacher at Red Caboose Child Care Center, where I discovered my love for the Preschool age!

Miss Catherine knew HHA would be a great fit for her from the moment she first stepped on campus. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, she immediately felt that she was in the right place. This campus also welcomes her personal teaching style of outdoor exploration and learning through play.  She has always enjoyed working and volunteering with kids; the laughter, learning and conversation is so rewarding to her. Miss Catherine loves to see the world through their eyes and watch their imaginations flourish.  She is so excited to be a part of this wonderful community and help cultivate compassionate leaders!
